2. What data we collect

• Contact form: name, establishment/company, email address, phone number (optional), establishment type, subject and the content of your message.
• Language preference: your language choice (FR/NL/EN) is stored locally in your browser. This information never leaves your device.
• Visitor statistics (only with your consent): pages viewed, device and browser type, visit duration — via Google Analytics, with anonymised IP address.

We collect no sensitive data and this site is not aimed at minors.

3. Why, and on what basis

• Answering your requests (quotes, catalogue, parts, information) — based on pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry.
• Improving the site through visitor statistics — only based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your data is never used for marketing without your agreement, and never sold to third parties.

4. For how long

• Messages sent through the contact form are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last exchange, unless there is an ongoing business relationship.
• Statistical data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

5. Who we share your data with

Your data is only accessible to Delta Mirra and the strictly necessary technical providers:

• Our hosting provider, which hosts the site and delivers the contact form emails;
• Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics), only if you accepted analytics cookies.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

6. Cookies

By default, this site works without any cookies:

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings. The video on the home page is embedded through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): no cookie is set unless you play the video.

7. Your rights

You have the following rights over your data at any time: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability. To exercise them, email info@deltamirra.com — we respond within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
